To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies below:

Discomfort, Dissatisfaction & Refund Policy
Appointment & Service Policy
If you arrive 10–15 minutes late, your session time will be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings. The massage will proceed as scheduled, and no cancellations or refunds will be provided.

For appointments within the next 24 hours, please call us directly to make your booking.
​
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
​
Service prices do not include gratuity.
​
There is a 15-minute break between sessions to allow time for proper cleaning and preparation.
​
If you need to reschedule, cancel, or shorten your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
​
This allows us enough time to offer the slot to other clients.
​
For Monday appointments, notice must be given by the preceding Friday, as weekends are not counted toward the 24-hour notice period.
​
Failure to cancel in time or a no-show will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
​
New clients are required to complete a registration form before receiving any services.
​
If you are pregnant, please inform us when making your reservation. Approval from your physician is recommended.

If you feel uncomfortable, experience pain, are dissatisfied, or wish to change your therapist, you must notify us within the first 10 minutes of the session.
In this case, a full refund may be considered, if reasonable.

After the first 10 minutes, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including claims of pain or injury without immediate notice or valid evidence.
Continuing the session without informing our front desk or owner indicates that you agree to and accept the service voluntarily.

We are not responsible for any items left behind.

Kindly maintain a quiet environment so that all clients can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Please respect our staff by refraining from asking personal questions during your massage session.

Video recording is strictly prohibited inside the studio without prior permission.

Do not use store items without permission.
All supplies and materials in the store are for service purposes only. Customers are not allowed to use, take, or borrow any items without notifying or getting approval from staff. This helps prevent loss and ensures fair usage for all.

In case of emergency:
If there is an emergency situation, we may need to call 911 or contact your insurance provider immediately for your safety and protection.
